Products purchased from the Evrika Studio online store are subject to a 14-day right of return from the date of receipt. If a product ordered online is not suitable, it can be returned without giving reasons.
Evrika Studios must be notified of the wish to return the goods within 14 days at the latest and a return form must be completed.
All costs related to the return of the goods shall be borne by the customer, unless the reason for the return is non-conformity with the order or defective goods.
Non-returnable:
- Goods which, by their nature, cannot be returned and which have been delivered in a closed package but the package has been opened;
- Goods which, once opened, would not be suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons;
- Goods for which Evrika Studio is unable to identify the non-opening of the packaging or the non-use of the goods (e.g. no foil/film around the cap);
- Products manufactured in accordance with the conditions provided by the Buyer;
- Products that are mixed or combined with another product or good in such a way that they can no longer be separated;
- Products that have been used for business and professional purposes.

Shipping only via postal company ( Omniva, DPD ).
*The goods cannot be processed for return if the customer delivers the goods to the address.
Upon arrival of the goods at Evrika Studio or upon presentation of the proof of shipment, Denilava&co OÜ will make the refund within 14 days at the latest. The refund will be made to the same bank account from which the purchase was paid.
